You may use Monitly to monitor websites, APIs, and services that you own or have permission to monitor. You may not use Monitly to monitor or attack systems you do not have permission to access.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time. No refunds for partial periods, but we'll never charge you after you cancel.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it. We are not liable for damages caused by service outages. This service is provided "as is."
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from account settings.
