Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately. If you downgrade, you'll retain access to your current plan until the end of the billing period.
What happens when I hit my monitor limit?
You won't be able to add new monitors until you upgrade or delete existing ones. Your current monitors will continue to work normally.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The free Pulse plan lets you try Monitly without time limits. If you'd like to trial a paid plan, contact us and we'll set something up.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. For Enterprise plans, we can also arrange invoicing.
